Shipments:

Shipments will begin on July 15th, 2020 in the order the pre-orders were received. We are very excited to launch nationwide after years of testing with very satisfied local customers.

Warranty:

Bagxio Yard Bag Cart or Bagxio Yard Bag Buddy come with a limited 5 year warranty, which covers any defective components based on normal use. We will ship new components or repair any component that were not made to specification or have defects. The cart is not intended to be used as a dolly for lifting heavy objects. Bagxio Yard Bag Cart is made for collecting lighter debris, such as grass clippings, leaves, branches or other similar light weight material.

Returns:

We take great pride to honestly and accurately describe each item listed. Our listings include many detailed photos and videos. Please read the descriptions and requirement prior to purchasing. If you are not happy with our product, returns are accepted if the product is returned within 30 days of receiving the merchandise and in original packaging with no signs of wear. Prior to sending any merchandise back for a refund, please contact us to acquire an R.M.A. (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. We will cover the shipping cost to our customer for a one time occurrence and send you shipping instructions. We are a friendly company and are willing to work with our loyal customers.
